@SpringChatty Your child doesn't have to learn spanish, but in my opinion, it is in your child's best interest to speak more than one language, german, french, italian, swahili, something other than their native language english. Experts advise that enrolling your child in a language class at a young age will increase their ability to learn more languages if they need to as adults. Hey, but feel free to limit your child's development and education to the same level that apparently you had.

Those of you who agree with this idiotic characterization of Obama's words are just plain ignorant as can be seen by your well thought out responses to the video, which speak for themselves. You ignore the fact that what he is saying is true, and swiftly go on to obfuscate his motives. He is not playing some kind of race card, he is speaking honestly about issues affecting America, not for some nefarious reason, but to increase awareness of problems so we can look for solutions.
