This piece doesn't even mention a problemmatic aspect of women on naval ships. At any given time about 15% of American Navy women aboard ships are pregnant. As their due dates near they must be first, relieved of some duties, then taken to Navy hospitals. It can create personnel problems if they are specialists and there are few available substitutes nearby. I doubt it if that situation is very different for any other nation.

...and the modern-Yankee-German-flower-power-NAVY... is actually an English/British-NAVY... and the FEMALE officer is the equivalent to the English Queen... and WE need to go-back-in-time... when shipping and piracy was foll-proof... and the German-Navy of WW2 did NOT have any female traders... becase in reality... every mother... and every woman works for the Queen of England... and she works for Mother-Russia... and for Hillary Clinton... and this is why women LOVE English-Hinduism/Yoga...

Wow, one lady and 40 men!! She, Barbara, is also a beautifull girl.
It looks like the men were frosen there on deck when she was adressing them.
