people...dnt go insane about the number of tributes. Although, i thought that there were 12 districts plus the capitol all by itself. The capitol wouldn't punish itself. It stands alone...even if the district 1 is its pet of some sort. Anyways...its pretty clear in the third book, i guess. Guess I need to read it again. The movie is coming out! I hope they do it justice

@Thesingerprincess read pg 157. its when katniss figures out who is left. eleven dead. she remembers 10 and says ill figure out the other 3 tomorrow. and it is made clear in mockingjay that the capital never sent their children to the games. thats y they had the vote to have the 76th hunger games but w/ capital children, to have a taste of their own medicine. if you think the captail and 1 r the same,&the capital never sent their children to the games, how are there tributes from district 1?
