I can see your side of it. Perhaps she should have waited after the interview to ream him out instead of live, but then one can argue he would have been more likely to do it again.
You see it's tough because I hate arguing FOR the guy when I believe he's being a dumbass...yet I find it unprofessional to bitch someone out the way she did. A simple "You shouldn't have done that, and we're gonna talk about it later." would have been the perfect balance of a response.
