You sir are an idiot. If pound for pound the guys who are smaller hit harder then we should see more prolific ko artist like klitschkos, lewis, and tyson at the lightweight level. Its not there despite the fact it has nearly 10 times the fighters. You also have to look how these lightweight guys are throwing all 200 punches a round just to get that knockout.

You`re dead wrong, both Castillo and Corrales were big punchers just take a look at their records. Corrales had 33 KOs in 40 wins and Castillo had 55 KOs in his 64 wins, and pound for pound the lighter weight fighters hit harder. It`s more a testament to the sheer physical toughness and courage of both fighters that it went 9 rounds.
