why does this look like a "knock-off" of "Thomas the Tank Engine" ?

Quite a few people say that simply on the basis of the faces. Thomas & Friends do not hold a patent for engines with faces, they have been used in British Satire since 1829, and there were a great many stories including Sammy the Shunter, which appeared some years before Thomas was even thought of. My motivation for making this was being fed up with the poor stories, without history being produced...

@H3DHUNT3R192561 - consequently I went away and researched my own stories, with characters who are real - real locomotives which did exist, and worked on British Railways. I have been extremely careful with my stories, the characters' looks, and their set, which are all worked from photographs and historical research.
