I lived in Salt Lake City when this film was made. I went to St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral church in downton SLC and that's where the wedding scene was shot (starting @ 1:10). They asked for extras to be in the wedding scene, but I forgot about it and missed the filming. That church meant a lot to me and seeing these scense brings back memories. That was 29 years ago!
Also, I was familiar with all the roads, streets and canyons and could take you to just about any location in the film.
