Wait, these people are actually suing Billy because 1979 sounds just slightly similar to their song? Umm... Who is to say that Billy didn't happen to write a song IN Eb (like he has never done before :p ) that has a similar chord structure? What are the odds of that when you use the four chord pattern to go from the I chord to the IV chord in the verse? The chorus isn't even the same pattern anyway.

First of all, the songs are *very* similar. Second of all, Jimmy is very good friends with Billy and he's just poking fun. So there is no need to be such fags about it.
