The guy has a good point about the fraternal societies. I remember reading about a non-govermental health care system that was set up by a socialist group or doctor (I can't remember which) back in the early 20th century in Oklahoma. This was done totally outside of the government and it was a case of mutual aid. It was in a book that was a collection of essays by different scholars about Oklahoma history.

As to whether the education we receive is good or bad is beside the point, the more education you have the more your earning power is and the more likely you will have a better life. You take these conspiracies way too seriously.

I believe we live in a "light" American style fascist state, complete with a "light" police state, but I suggest you do some reading before you refer to the US as a police state. You seem to have no concept of how bad things COULD be and if our currency fails how bad things WILL be.
