This is simply precious, but I don't completely get the concept. Please send me some cookies so I can thoroughly review the cookie decorating process.

I have been frosting the back or "wrong" side of the cookie basically for as long as ive been making them. It makes the cookie look prettier and you're right, it is much easier to do. This video is great for beginners who are not really sure how to approach a cookie when it comes time to frost said treats.
