  • Could you please explain, what xConfig 1.3 is? I want to buy the MSI 250GTS Twin Frozr. Can i play Crysis at high or vey high settings?

  • @XgpPeace123 It's a graphics mod, which inproves the performance of the game. The visuals are as good as at very high settings, while the fps is as good as it would be at high settings. The performance depends, not only upon your graphics card, but also upon your cpu and your RAM. If you've got at least a dual-core cpu, with a clock-speed around 2.5 - 3.0 GHz, about 4 GB RAM, and the MSI 250 GTS then you should be able to play with great visuals and good FPS, but do use Xconfig 1.3.

  • errrm just imagine i got a gts250 ( i have actually a 210)

how well would it run on Crysis very high

    Windows 7 Home premium build 6.1 (7600)

    Build - hp slimline pavilion

    processor - Intel(r) core i3 cpu 530 @ (4 cpu's) ~ 2.93ghz

    memory - 4096mb ram

    direct x11

  • @Cyclops4770 you should be able to play it really well, but do use the mod Xconfig 1.3 for even better results. When I'm playing without the mod on very high my framerate is under 18fps constantly, but Xconfig 1.3 gives the game that very high look, without pushing you card to the edge and my framerate is around 30fps.

But I doubt you'll get more than 30fps with everything on very high without a graphics mod

  • @Cyclops4770 lolz gts 210? or gts 250, if its gts 250 u can run between med and high

  • @quangluu96 it depends on how the rest of your rig is built. I manage to play it between high and very high

  • I've got 4GB RAM and 2.4 GHz Quadcore. will that also work?

  • I have one e6800, 4gb ddr3, and the xfx gts 250 1gb ... should I upgrade to an directx 11 card or an I3 and one h55 mobo?

  • Crysis is beautiful but honestly from what I have seen it looks incredibly boring.. Take your video for instance.. It was a good 2:30 before a bad guy even approached you.. That was a good 2:30 of you shooting grass because there was nothing better to do in the game.. To me that's just lame.. That game wouldn't hold my interest at all.

  • @xav1uz

Theres alot of them,And if Ur on a budget, then get a GT 240..It gives u really smooth performance on gaming..U can play it on very high and get about 30fps...and its very cheap only $53.00 CAD

  • anyone know a graphics card that can run crysis at 50-60+ on meduim or high settings? im not the type of person that wants to max out everything, i just want to play games smoothly
