I haven't put them in MP3 format yet. They are still on a cd. They are from the outtake sessions from "Yestergroovin'", and "Picks the Hits". Knee Action was originally suppose to be on "Picks the Hits" LP, but was deleted and added later on "Now and Then" LP.
