Hey there, I understand.. Just careful you just take it easy like you do here.
Anyway I just suffered a blow on my shoulders as well. I was making dips on stilts, and when I was "finished", I wasn't quick enough to lay off, and made a wrong step upon landing, I landed on my arm pits, Good lord, that hurts. Luckily it wasn't that bad, Got me "off line" for three days. It hurts like hell. I'm recovering too.
