You can also bomb jump up there if wall jumping is not to your taste. The wall jump is easier though unless you're good at those infernal bomb jumps.

Im good at Wall jumps, but not the fastest one. Really fast one is just tool assisted.

Be careful the Varia suit binds to her DNA, so once obtain it can't be removed. ( Read Metroid Wiki )
