PART 2: Is more practical, and covers all the chapters that go into a busines plan, step-by-step. It includes how to choose the right chapters for your plan, and some of the "do's" and "don'ts" that you need to know to avoid pitfalls.
5TH EDITION (2012). This no-jargon DVD is available on one of two separate DVDs (Part 1 and Part 2) which together provide you with everything you need to know about how to write a business plan, no matter where in the world you reside, and in simple understandable layperson's terms.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: John Edmonds possesses almost 4 decades of senior management experience across Australia, Sweden and the UK, and has personally helped build several successful high-profile businesses. For 14 years during the 1970s and 1980s, John was one of the founding team members which grew the international casual clothing retail chain JeansWest. (Now over 2,200 stores across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.) In other roles, he has managed various department stores; worked with artificial intelligence; and for 3 years was Manager Development at The Perth Zoo in Western Australia. From 2000 to 2008 in the UK, John built and managed the University of Huddersfield business incubation programme which created over 250 new businesses for the Huddersfield region at an impressive medium-to-long-term 80% success and survival rate, against a national backdrop of an 80% failure rate for new start-ups. In 2004, John decided to add a touch of academia to his long practical experience of building businesses, and graduated with a Master's Degree (MSc) in Entrepreneurship. John has written dozens of business plans and has had to read many hundreds, possibly thousands, more. Today, John is semi-retired but continues to possess a passion for helping people in most types of industry to grow and expand their business.
