not downing on you guys or trying to talk shit or anything but if you want to get good at mma you should really do face shots because there were alot of times in the video where hands went straight down like if someone fainted a body shot then threw a overhand shot from either side it would be a devastating blow if your hands dropped...word of advice try practicing punch drills and counter drills and get where they are natural instinct and you will be more effective with strikes and movement

i think its hilarious when guys say stuff like "i wanna fight ya'll" you just say that because you know you will never meet them. a real fighter would encourage them to be more, not sit around saying you can beat there ass's. do us all a favor and go make your own vid. sure these guys arnt anderson silva or the iceman, but im sure if they fight enough, they will be just fine. its bad enough that you guys say you can beat them, but dnt discourage their actual motif to go out there and do it.
