Tip of the year="alphabetize your spices". Thank you. My spice rack makes me nuts, I don't know why I didn't think to alphabetize, I know they are like that at the store. :)

side-note: all these kitchens have soo much procesed food, is it unusual to cook with mostly fresh food in the states?

i have a very very large lazy susan but things always fall off of it and get all the way back in the cabinet... i never thought of putting them in alphabetical order though i will try it thanks!

What a great question. We can buy fresh produce but so many of us are hooked on processed foods. I prefer organic fruits and vegetables myself. It is a quick and easy thing to buy processed foods---good eye.
