the outer part of the white cuff is sterile. he used the outer part of the cuff to put the gloves on, which was sterile as well. all was sterile that I saw.

You arent supposed to touch the outer surface of the glove ..... its not sterile anymore.... I guess that's the wrong way of pulling the glove... U have to just hold the edge of the glove to pull it on the cuff..

NO the white cuff is not considered sterile. if you havent noticed the cuff is a different material from the gown. once your hands come through the cuff they are considered "contaminated". in this video he uses a portion of the cuff to pull down his sleeves now his whole gown is contaminated!
