rFactor Gameplay

Short vid of me racing a game called rFactor. It's a simulation racing game for those who enjoy their virtual motorsport. In this vid I'm driving an Aston Martin DBR9 through a game mod, think the modder is Edog so thanks to him. Also racing on the Le Mans 24H track which I downloaded.

Not played this in a while so you'll see mistakes as I drive the lap but all in all it's a fun game and I'd reccommend it to anyone who enjoys this sorta thing. Also, apologies about the sound. Haven't quite worked out how to get the sound recording nailed down but I'll work on it.

I'm thinking of getting Rfactor, but what I don't get, is how the "other cars" system works? when I read on the Rfactor website they say that you get a certain amount of cars, and I see people talking all over the place about f1 mods, gtr mods and so on? I can't find anything about how this game works online? is it totally league based? no online public servers at all, etc etc...could someone tell/explain me? because I can't find a think about it.

@DevaSavant Erm..from what I remember it's kind of limited, most people who race online have downloaded a mod and race using that mod. A lot of mods can be downloaded and installed easily though but I wouldn't say the online community is thriving. There is an rFactor 2 in development so it might be worth holding out for that.

@sohaib2009ful I can't remember exactly but it's one of the keys above the arrow keys. By that I mean Ins, Del, Home, End, Page Up or Page down

Not a bad lap, the track design leaves a bit to be desired though.

@2PacForLife007 rFactor is available by DL for free in the official website of rFactor however, it's a trial game only.
