HOW TO DO IT:
Grab a plane...
Fly up high
When you think that you are in a good height,
JUMP! use the map (default: M) so see where you are
that will make it much more easy
works best for commandos with stealth ability ;)

so, when you are freefalling you can steer, but when the chute is deployed you cant really anymore, right?
