We have a bulb plant in diff kinds and they grow as tall as 5 to 6 feet long and 6 to 12 inches diameter depends on how deep you dig for planting. We originally call them yam but people have other name for them. With black rough skin and white on the inside or purple .I have noticed in the market that they come from Costa Rica or Panama and even Peru but small. Can't you tell me what they call them here?
