@theblackpawn Sure you are, you're just not allowed to step over your disc/marker when you are within the putting circle. But if you're outside that, you can step over after releasing your disc.

yeah u can play touch football with ur friends maybe 3 on 3 or 4 on 4 whatever..... but is the video game ur playing gunna have that??? NO.... i doubt u can easily find 10 people to be on ur team and 11 for the other team and play on a huge field with pads helmet and uniform on and play real rules tackle football.......i dont kno ..maybe u European people thought i meant soccer

Lol, your saying you can go outside and play frisbee but not football? I don't know anyone who regularly plays frisbee, though I can go out and play footie whenever I want...
