"The situation" doesn't matter if he's not doing his job, the train crashes, and people are killed or seriously injured. You are a fool (and a heartless one at that) to say such stupid things like this. You don't care about the riders' well-being at all, do you? And if the operator is having such problems, he should take time off to deal with them, rather than not paying attention while he is operating a vehicle.
