DEMOCRACY AND HUMAN RIGHTS is one out of five films on the topic of Global Responsibility. The films were made on the initiative and funding of the Finnish Ministry of Education, in cooperation with the Baltic University Programme Secretariat at Uppsala University.

Good video. It is important to indicate that there are countries where there are elections, but irregularities prevent from calling a country democratic. This happens in Belarus, in Russia and other countries. I don't quite understand why on the map 11:11Belarus is not democratic and Russia is democratic. I cannot see any difference.
