Smoke and fire spring to mind. There truly are problems behind the scenes which need to be addressed. However, as a driver who has been more that vocal in the past I would never dream of taking the problem out to the customer. Get behind it guys, it's about delivering the brand better than the brand, making a real difference and showing that you a worth more than you get.
If you feel that hard done by send a letter to the boys at the top but think long and hard about your facts first...
