@hotmle123 Differences include, Slower. Uses more ram More of your cpu. Harder on your graphics card. more electricity every DE under the sky. Random lockups Long install time eye rape. Wasted hardrive space NO GAMING :D ?

@budtoka1 but you can uninstall the programs from standart ubuntu so ... not better.. at all
