http://TheBadBackGuy.net Stretches I use every day prior to getting out of bed for back pain and sciatica relief! I'll bring a camera person next time but you will see how I apply the stretches daily!

  • thank very much. I was in terrible pain due too much driving and sitting in my desk, and with your exercise I was able to walk in few minutes. the feeling was strange. In the beginning I felt that the exercise will break some muscle on my back. The pain was intense and the symptom were like the muscles were attached with cement glue, but slowly, I was able to relax the muscle. later on,a bag of ice finished the job and I was able to sleep and walk again..Thank you.

  • Would this exercise work on my lower back, where the back of my waist line is located? Because I've noticed that when I walk for a certain period of time, it aches after while
