San Francisco needs some serious renovation. There is no parking for people in the inner City. They have to ride Bay Area Rapid Transit. That is why we have to come up with a way to provide City Parking for the population because its horrible and quality of life/pollution problems are every where. We need to build underground City Parking facilities. The City charges $2.00 a day for 10 hours. 5AM - 12AM. Off hours get towed. That is inexpensive parking.
