"State of the World Parliament Experiment" Part III

Address by Rasmus Tenbergen (WPE Executive Director) during the World Parliament Experiment which took place during the week of February 23rd -- March 2nd 2008 in the city of Bonn, Germany. Unique about this event was that it was the first of its kind focusing exclusively on the World Parliament Experiment with its own structure and organization. Our aim was to make this live World Parliament Experiment event as international and democratic as possible.
