Oakville Car Show Part 1 July 28 09 001

A nice, small car show, was not in the mood or in the right frame of energy to be around huge crowds this evening. A nice gathering of some unusual cars!

holy cow the 928 looks just like a steped on pacer i never realized it!! what is the deal with T3 headlights are thy rare or somthing? i see that CW likes them too???!!??

Yes, the 928 looks like it had a mishap with heavy foot indeed! T-3 headlights were used on GM cars from, I think, 1957 to 1971. Having all of them on a GM product of the time would mean a low mileage or a carefully restored car. CW and I used to scrounge for these lights all the time, still do, original low beams are rare. They are poor at illumination by today's standards. Repos are available, and expansive!

The Pacer is one of the most unique more modern cars I have seen. Quite different to say the least!
