First of all, a big shout out to my dad who's 65 years young today. He's almost in as good of shape as I am! I'm looking forward to working out with you in about a month!

Had a little outing today with the family - my wife Seunghee, my daughter Jina and my son Brandon. We went to Hwaseong Fortress, which is a wall that surrounds the center of Suwon, a fairly large city about 30km south of Seoul, Korea. UNESCO designated the fortress a World Heritage site in 1997.

The wall is 5.4 km long and varies between 4-6 meters in height. There are tons of steep rock staircases along the way which make for a great workout. Even better, there are all kinds of bars at different locations around the fortress. Bar heaven!

The first piece of music in the video is known as Samul Nori, which is traditional percussion music of Korea.

And finally, I really need a new camera! lol!

  • @bilal3377 Thanks a lot!

  • Those muscle ups are beautiful! Love that you're teaching your kids how fun it is to be active and fit. If you get some length in the lats and triceps you'll get that arch reduction you're after : )

  • @mogroovee Thanks for the comment and the advice!

  • @LMichaelxxx Thanks a lot Lee! Yeah, I can get it now, but just one and like you said, I get lucky and I'm not recording! lol! I want to get multiple reps with my nose to the floor. I've been lazy - got to get back at it!

  • Excellent stuff from you and the kids James mate! Your handstands are quality mate.....Are you anywhere near the handstand press yet mate without the wall? I am not far off at all...head touching the floor....just keep messing it up when in front of the camera...lol!!!

  • @Demus15 Thanks! I really want to and I'm working on it, but I guess I haven't been successful reducing the arch.
