This problems happens everywhere in iran due to poor management by Iran government. This is not because of existence of racial or cultural discrimination. Unfortunatly you dont have helthy intentions.
@TechLich You're either illiterate or an idiot. Read this post carefully. VERY carefully:
I said that the Academy was there before Islam. That was my point. You said that the Arabs burned irani literature, yet that academy, 'the greatest in pre-Islamic iran, was not only spared but funded by the Abbasid Caliphs.
Read the above paragraph again. Do you understand?
@adel999100 Sorry for the late reply. Look the example you have given me is like saying, I come to your house, steal your money, burn it to the ground and claim it for myself, then after a while rebuild it and let you live in the basement! No, You got your facts wrong! The Academy was there long before the Islam, but thanks to Muhammad and his army we never know what has been lost.
@Marduniya Your comments do a great job in expressing the kind mentality behind the minds of those responsible for the attacks on Al-ahwaz. Superiority complex is a psychological disorder my friend and I suggest you get yourself checked. You're talking "Race" in response to incidents that disgraces Humanity.
@adel999100 It is quite strange, those who accuse others of suffering from an inferiority complex are usually the ones suffering from such a pathetic psychological effect. You can continue with your feel-good Pan-Arab crap, insisting your illiterate nomadic ancestors spawned such a Golden Age, but logical, rationality, ancient and modern historians disagree.
@adel999100 "It is a remarkable fact that, with few exceptions, most Muslim scholars both in the religious and in the intellectual sciences have been Ajam (Persian). When a scholar is of Arab origin, he is Ajam in language and upbringing and has Ajam teachers. This is so in spite of the fact that Islam is an Arabic religion, and its founder was an Arab." - Ibn Khaldun
"Wikipedia" lol. Perhaps you should check again. All I see are Persians, and the greatest minds of the age being Persian.
@adel999100 Therefore, yes, ACHAEMENID administration was based upon Mesopotamian administration, but expanded upon and refined. But this is irrelevant. We are talking about the Sassanid system, not the Achaemenid system.
@Marduniya Congratulations. After all that hot air, you've finally come up with a valid point. The Shahriyar Tables certainly are a Sassanid invention, and they were used by later Arab astronomers. Well done.
Sadly, I'm less impressed by what Sa'ad Andolusi said. Unless you give me examples of Sassanid works in these areas (maybe from Gundishapur?), I'll remain unconvinced, and your argument that pre-Islamic Iran was an intellectual powerhouse based on a few star charts will remain laughable.
@adel999100 While local laws of old countries such as Egypt and Babylon were respected and preserved, the prevailing set of legally bounding regulations were dictated by Darius’ Laws. One of the most significant achievements of the Achaemenid administration was the establishment of the Royal Road that connected Susa to Sardis. This, all revolving around the laws of ZOROASTRIANISM, a non-Assyrian, Iranian religion.

"claiming credit for their accomplishments."
The irony is astounding, but common for an Arab.
