it is THE best iPod ever, even though the Mini was great. battery life aint the very best, but it's still way better than the iPod Video's batterylife. Just remeber to turn the brightness down to about 28%. It's a lifesaver. My classic is running for 3 more days now. GO FOR THIS iPOD!!!

Well unfortunately, it is now 160 GB only, which is an excessive capacity by a long stretch. And because of the gigantic hard drive, the device is really noisy, in fact it does a whistle every once in a while when you go through your content. That whistle is so loud it can go through your headphones in a slightly noisy room when no music's playin and bug the shit out of other people around. Plus, it's heavy and nonportable.

64GB Touch ftw, RIP iPod Classic, sadly.

my ipod isnt working can someone help me.? i plug it into the charger and it will work but when i un plug it it shuts off and wont turn on.....?i got a ipod classic 30gb dont know what fuckin gereration?
