While it helps to repeat the words so as to become more tuned in energetically, it is more important to tap along than to speak along with the video. The best way to do it is the way that feels best for you. :)

Brad, I'm still trying to figure out tapping. The problem for me is that sometimes you seem to be tapping in what you want and other times tapping out what you don't. I didn't know you could mix them that way. Could you comment please?
