what was his legacy? His cultural achievements? His legal contributions? Human rights? He was nothing more than an able general, albeit with respect towards Persian culture, but a warmonger and a butcher nonethelss with no plans other than conquering, slaughtering, conquering and slaughtering more.
There is more attached to the title "the Great" than merely killing people you know.

Christianity had nothing to do with Greek influence. It came long afterwards aided by the Romans in the 8th or 9th Century A.D.
Greek culture of course was spread by Alexander but we Asians did not want it as we had great cultures of our own !.
Alexander this stupid idiot destroyed the most biutifull palace of this time!

Alexander, who admired Cyrus, acted akin to Xerxes when he burned Persopolis. While still great for many reasons, he is dwarfed by Cyrus in greatness.
