Concerning the welsh accent, it seems I've lost a bet...))
However, what can you tell about the rolling "r" sound? It is not a widespread kind among native speakers.
You are british, do you personally pronounce the "r" sound the same way?

@Dr666Love I think the narrator has a standard english accent mixed with a mild welsh accent.

Is it a typical modern day London accent because of a huge number of immigrants??? =D
I noticed that there's sometimes not a typical sound 'R" for the english language in his speech, for it is trilled.
Can you explain this matter? I have had some doubts about some ordinariness of this manner of speech for a considerable while...((
