HexMurda Benefit at St. Andrews Hall, Detroit: Part 1

Detroit did hip-hop fans real proud this night as everyone came together to support hip-hop manager /impresario / AllHipHop.com writer / Twitter extraordinaire HexMurda. Not only was there a great turnout and a really positive vibe, but the shows were off the hook and the crowd was full of energy. We met a lot of great people that night.

I feel sick that I couldn't include the full 25 minutes of video for part 1 and part 2, but youtube had a 10-minute limit. If you have any suggestions for somewhere I can upload a full hour of footage, let me know as I'd love to give everyone who performed at that show some shine.

Apologies to Marvwon and the Fat Killahz and Moe Dirdee too, I just couldnt fit everything!! Ill upload the shit separately if possible.

Also my apologies for the shaky flip cam too, I was full of brew and excited as hell to see most of these local dudes kill it! Not to mention we were LITERALLY 3 feet from the gigantic speakers lol -JMack

I'm sad that my band, The Definition didn't play this show. What an amazing show of support for Hex. People close to him told me what an integral part he's played in bringing Detroit artists together so seeing the city stand up for him is beautiful. Here's to hoping we can keep it moving. Let's build.
