Hey Cap, I made one of these yesterday, and it works very well. Awesome video and awesome tips on the tools!
I do see one benefit to using the 1/4" bit over the 1/8" like I was in my other tool, and that is it seems to track better, rather than cutting a different pattern over the initial cuts if you hold it in one spot to get some deep impressions.

A viewer suggested using a magnatized ball for the bearing. i ordered some from K&J magnets. I may put together a kit of parts to reduce the freight charges. Magnet is a really good idea. You guys Rock!

I tried a Dremel handle and an air drill, air grinder and other holders, too much drag. i happened on the ball bearings by accident, what a lucky accident. This opens the door to a few more ideas.
