Jingle Bugs Rock 2011!

Jingle Bugs Rock is an all charity VW Car Show that takes place each December at Old Town in Kissimmee, Florida to raise toys and cash for the US Marine Corps Toys for Tots Campaign which supplies millions of toys each year to needy families across the country so that they too can enjoy the holidays. Jingle Bugs is one of the fastest growing shows in the South and enjoyed by cars from around the state. One of the most enjoyable parts of the show is the car cruise that takes place down the brick streets of Old Town, home of the largest and longest running Saturday night car cruises in the Southeast where people from around the world come and line the streets to watch the antique and collectible cars cruise. Jingle Bugs is no exception. This years show hosted by the VolksFamily Car Club of Kissimmee drew over 325 cars, busses, rails and more and was enjoyed by all. I'm afraid Herbie is a never ending project, lol. The last thing we added was the rear oil ejector which squirts a jet of water out the engine compartment directly into the face of on lookers. We have had more fun with that one. Although he does most everything one would want right now, I still have dreams of doing this or that occasionally only to be reminded by my wife that I've got to get a life...

Nice ride! I really like the show format myself and I think most people enjoy the laid back atmosphere, all the fun things there are to do and food to eat. Hope we can keep it going for years to come...
