another bmw dual exit system, the customer wanted it trimmed on both ends to match, he didnt bring the rear valance with the 2 cut outs / styledynamics 0208 561 0001

How is the made into the rear bumper as the bumper is one whole unit :S Is the bumper cut and a rear diffuser put in place?

@MrSubzero1141 the bumper is a 2 piece unit. On this one , He didnt have the correct rear valance so we had to do a temp cut out on the other side

Sorry but you cant really get much louder than this. The only way would be to remove the cat which we havent done at the moment. But it will give you more sound if need be. May be a route to go perhaps?
