Great video. I see this same train everyday lol. Stops for about 5 minutes at Amtrak's Culpeper station. I met a guy who was gettin on going to Atlanta. She ran late that day cuz NS had a 1st priority intermodal filled with medical supplies runnin ahead of her. She ended up being some 40 minutes late. Busy rail traffic that day. Saw 3 trains, including the Crescent, within less than 1 hour lol.

Crecent #19 stops here in Culpeper, VA daily at a schedules arrival time of 7:55 PM Eastern Time. Before she hits Culpeper, She blasts through Midland, VA at aprroximately 75mph.

Very cool! I get this every time well almost every time I go out doing videos, always when I'm in Austell and Mableton...They had 2 diners on this train, wonder if they were using one as a club car or something...5***** video!

i know here in birmingham it goes no faster than 70 when not near many city crossings. but da fastest ive seen it here was 65-70 smokin through da outer city. it also went fast in new orleans across lake pontchartrain when we rode it
