The people running around believing the media's catch phrase like "Arab Spring" and that it was just random and spontaneous or saying the CIA created the revolt in Egypt lol like Tarpley and Jonestown said are leading you on a path to no where. It wasn't the gold dinar, it certainly wasn't a "humanitarian" mission in either case. Libya was weaker and needed regime change because their pipelines are already built and their ports already there. Syria requires on going conflict like Afghanistan to prevent a rival line form being built. Iran is going to go East with gas, mark my word.s And if they get nuclear power then they will also be going East with oil. And that is what is going on.

Once Russia looses its grip on Syria and Iran is a puppet of the west then it will be all over for Russia and China.
