Michigan State's Fight Song ("Falcone Fight")

FS #13; FSV# 10.
This is the extended version of the MSU Fight Song. This sequence is officially titled, "Falcone Fight" for its founder. The breakstrain is hardly sung, and in the pauses, the audience says, "HEY!" instead of the color names.
When the Spartans play UMichigan, the lyrics, "Go right through for MSU" is replaced by "Go[Smash] right through that line of Blue". Another is the lyrics "See their team is weakening," for "Michigan is weakening". Lastly as some grads are detesting the change, the audience instead of "See their team is weakening", say "See their team is WEEEAK!!"
This is fight song #10 out of my planned 250 that I will do.

The "alternate lyrics" aren't just something we Spartans sing for "that other college" in Ann Arbor. They are part of the ORIGINAL lyrics and date back to our earliest days as MAC (Michigan Agricultural College). Their continued use proves that U of M always has been and always will be MSU's biggest rival.

HA HA!!! I always thought the song was written "Smash right through that line of blue" because I had to learn the fight song when I was 4, for my Mom and Dad! It wasn't 'till I was an adult that I learned different!! (It was the ONLY way to sing it at my house!) GREAT school, GREAT song, and GREAT Marching Band! GO GREEN!
