when tuned good they put hight voltage and very low amps so low it cant kill you but if not tuned good do not touch the ark unless you wanna die.Like i would not go to to close until they
No, it would not stop your heard. The current is very very low and the frequency is high. So it does not influence your nerves anyway. But it does influence your body, so it is not a good thing for your health to touch these streamers often. But it is not deadly!
