I am quite annoyed that people who have not earned this knowledge, that is people who haven't gone through the process of learning the three lessons of Tantra meditation, are getting access to it here. They have not sat down with an acaraya and agreed to the three oaths, and they have no context for putting this knowledge to practical use.

This is knowledge for spiritual practice not aesthetic affectations for all and sundry. It is sacred knowledge you learn one on one. Our Guru prescribe the exact process for how it is to be taught, certainly NOT on youtube!

There are a host of other videos on youtube that speaks about Ananda Marga Meditation. As you would agree, it is very difficult to present everything in a 5-10 mins video. Moreover, the subtle idea of yoga is best understood in one-to-one conversation with a teacher. There is so much material available on yoga in world that a normal human might get confused reading scriptures and books. Best is to get hands on...experience it yourself...much time is usually lost in getting started.

It does not teach what meditation actually IS. That is the sad part, you do not SHARE anything about the actual meditation and therefore help no one. Very sad that you do not share with others.

Ok... but why do you present nothing here? why don't you offer something meaningful like an introduction to actual meditation techniques? I studied with a teacher of Ananda Marga in Bangkok, so I know the basics already of Ananda Marga. In this video you offer no actual content, no teaching, no actual introduction to how to approach meditation. And THAT is the point of YouTube and its community, to SHARE information freely. You did not share anything meaning ful here. Please consider doing so.

This is based on general yoga and meditation knowledge. You can look into it more if you are interested, by contacting your local Ananda Marga teacher. Or else, reading about yoga philosophy and practice.

Because if someone has not yet learned ananda marga meditation, this teaches nothing. Does that make sense?

i love the amsai schools. my brother learn a lot. like being responsible, peace, love and most of all he develop his intelligence. they have also this meditation that he is performing at home. thanks amsai school and for the good people and teachers..
