That date was the FIRST DAY OF THE BATTLE SCYTHE UPDATE.
I know this is very easy for my level.
But at that time, my AP was too low to learn the skills.
Even 'Battle Scythe Mastery'.
You can see I equipped with low level scythe.

And actually, you have to double the level to measure the real level.

This game has 2 english versions of it but have IP blocks.
BUT you can play the chinese version which has no IP block and allready has dragon ~_~
it has an english patch floating around somewhere.
