you can get it in St. Petersburg revisited off some guy in the sewers or try and get it out of Temple City Ambush

what I dont understand is how all these noobs do not know how to get the exclusive guns on this game which is fucking easy. All you have to do is play this game like a real hitman and not like call of duty. Silent Assassin rank on every mission even on this one.
