you can buy the 5 separate toes pantyhose on ebay, there are a lot of them, most of them are made in china. the japanese ones (much better quality) are difficult to find, except you know where are the japanese pantyhose stores on the internet, but you have to able to read, write and speak japanese, otherwise they're will not fulfill your orders.
the japanese has made these kinds of pantyhose/stocking long before the toho pantyhose ...and with excellent quality

Actually they do make full pantyhose with individual toes but they are rather hard to find.
