@smutton how the athletic commission claims how the judges score bouts is aggression,ring control, and cleaner blows-flush shots if you will.mayweather threw one punch at a time and they did not do the damage the ortiz's punches and ortiz may have landed less but ortiz threw in combinations and had more power.ortiz had the so "judge formula" to win bout.but to me it seems like judges in mayweather bouts change how they score bouts to his favor.
