I Agree with you Robert. Its about the Agent, its about our Clients. Culture comes from within, what you participate in what you commit to. If you come to work every day striving to do your best every time you are Geek Squad Culture. I would add that the story is you can go from that Agent to someone who can challange the boardroom of a fortune 500 company if you constantly strive to better yourself and those around you, even if that is the corporate office and not a precinct Agent 2548

I'll say it takes guts to talk about the culture this way but it seems like you wouldn't have a choice, given your approach. Nice work. Now, when are you going to stop those bizarre ads for Geek Squad and just say: "We'll fix your technology (computer, network, what have you) and not make you feel like a dumba** like every other computer tech." Sales would go up double digits overnight. As someone from the Twin Cities area, I'd like to see you succeed (even more)!
